Today’s alumni spotlight is Parkview class of 2018 member Justin Long who is a current member of the Oklahoma State track team.

All Big 12: 2019 Indoor 4×400-Meter Relay
2019 Outdoors: Ran the 400 meters four times and competed in the 4×400-meter relay three times… Took third place in the 400 meters at the Arkansas Spring Invitational… Was a member of the fourth-place 4×400-meter quartet at the Texas Relays… Ran on the winning 4×400-meter relay team at the John Jacobs Invitational… Put down a season-best time of 47.26 in the 400 meters at the National Relay Championships… Competed in the 400 meter prelims at the Big 12 Championships.
2019 Indoors: Ran six races in his debut season for the Cowboys… Finished seventh in the 600 meters at the Arkansas Invitational… Competed in the prelims of the 600-yards at the Big 12 Championships and earned All-Big 12 status as a member of the seventh-place 4×400-meter relay team.
High School: Attended Parkview High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia… Was a 6-time state champion… Also played for the football team.
Personal: Son of Darryl and Cynthia Long… Sister, Leigha, ran track and cross country at Georgia Southern… Born January 26, 2000.
